Return and Exchange Policy

At Burhan Aydın Koleksiyon, we value customer satisfaction. The following return and exchange conditions apply to products you purchase.

Return Period

• You can request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
• The product must be sent with its original box and all accessories.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted in the following situations:

• Used products
• Products damaged by the customer
• Products without original packaging
• Custom-made products (if applicable)

Damaged or Missing Delivery

If you notice any damage to the package upon receiving your order, please request the cargo officer to prepare a report. You can contact us as soon as possible regarding damaged or missing delivered products.

Return Process

After your return request is approved and the product reaches us, necessary checks will be made. If the return conditions are met, a refund will be processed via your original payment method within the legal timeframe.
