As Burhan Aydın Collection, we prepare your orders safely and carefully and deliver them to cargo as soon as possible.

Order Preparation Time

• Your orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Preparation time may vary during busy campaign periods.

Shipping Time

• Shipments are made to all cities in Turkey with contracted cargo companies.
• Delivery time is an average of 1-5 business days depending on your region.

Shipping Fee

• Shipping is free for orders of 2,500 TL and above.
• For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will be displayed on the payment screen.

Packaging

Fragile and delicate products are packaged with special protective packaging and sent securely.

During Delivery

If there is any crushing, tearing or damage to the package when you receive your cargo, we kindly request you to have a report prepared in the presence of the cargo officer.
